NO HIDDEN CHARGES
We at R. B & G deal direct with the Mortgage Lender and underwriters and package the whole mortgage in out processing centre for which we charge 395 euros in France for processing your application form.
However, in some circumstances the lender may require a survey fee depending upon the lenders terms and conditions which you will pay direct to the lender.
PLEASE NOTE
Once your mortgage has been completed, the processing FEE of 395 euros will be credited against the 1% arrangement fee on completion
LENDERS
Once the survey has been completed and its value is accepted by the Loan Committee then an offer will be issued

We have several English speaking Notaries whom are willing to assist our clients as acting as there independent Notary which is a totally free service on all purchases
